A clear explanation of how enquiries and optional content are handled.
This notice applies to the Techfrastructure website and explains what information is collected, why it is used, how long it is kept and which choices you have.
Data controller
Techfrastructure AS, Hagaveien 5A, 0980 Oslo, Norway, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Questions can be sent to info@techfrastructure.no.
Information you choose to send
The contact form asks for your name, company, business email, phone number, country, area of interest and message. The form opens your own email application. This website does not send the form to a database or store it. If you choose to send the email, the information is received in our business mailbox so we can answer your enquiry, arrange a conversation and prepare requested work.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry information to respond to a request, take steps before a potential engagement and communicate about services you ask about. The legal basis is normally your request for pre contract steps and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. We do not use enquiry information for unrelated advertising.
Retention
We keep enquiry messages only for as long as needed to handle the conversation and maintain necessary business records. We normally review enquiries after 24 months without substantive contact and delete them unless a longer period is required for an active relationship, legal obligation or the establishment or defence of a claim.
Service providers and transfers
Website hosting and email infrastructure providers may process technical or message data as service providers acting on our instructions. We do not currently use analytics, advertising pixels or marketing trackers. If a provider processes information outside the EEA, the transfer must use an applicable safeguard such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Optional Google Maps content
The Contact page offers an embedded Google Maps view. It is not loaded until you choose to allow optional content, because loading it may share technical information with Google. You can use the directions link without loading the embedded map. Google processes information under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and local preferences
Techfrastructure does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. The site stores your optional content choice locally in your browser so the banner does not appear on every visit. This preference is not sent to Techfrastructure. You can change it at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet. To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, email info@techfrastructure.no.
